MN Birth Center Suite #1
This is one of the birthing suites in the Minnesota Birth Center. The intent of our designers was to make it a beautiful and peaceful space for expectant mothers to bring new life into the world. Each suite includes a bed, a bathroom, a supply cabinet, and a birthing tub.

MN Birth Center Waiting Area
The second floor of the MN Birth Center is mostly dedicated to family. Our designers wanted them to have a comfortable waiting room. Throughout the project, an effort was made to build in a way that honored and restored the character of the original home. In most of the house, that meant demolishing the triplex floorplan and rebuilding, but here it meant refurbishing, repurposing, and tying into the remodeled floorplan.

Wild Rumpus Bookstore
TreHus built the Wild Rumpus Bookstore nearly 20 years ago. It has now become a familiar Linden Hills landmark. Here you will find a crack in the ceiling revealing a mural of the sky, a window in the floor with rats below (they are in a cage), and a door inside a door - the larger for adults, the smaller for kids. The space has gained character with age, and will hopefully keep attracting young readers for another 20 years.
